P.F. Chang’s Debuts 4 New Dishes & Pairs Wine with Sriracha [Infographic]

And an infographic. Foodbeast loves infographics! They’re like stories for your eyes.

The gist behind this one is simple: P.F. Chang’s is offering a limited-time-only “Inspired” menu with four new dishes boasting “bright, bold flavors” that might otherwise be tricky to pair with wines. No worries, Chang’s takes care of that, too. By first looking at some Asian flavor staples, like lime, mint, and everybody’s favorite Sriracha, and then how they combine in the new dishes (Vietnamese Prawn Rolls, Thai Beef & Noodle Salad, Thai Basil Sambal Noodes, and Sea Bass with Tropical Salsa), Chang’s doles out the pairings with the magic of food science.

See below for more. I do not recommend this while hungry.

AC/DC Releases New Wine Including ‘Back in Black’ Shiraz

Rockaholics rejoice! AC/DC, One of the world’s most iconic rock bands has released a line of wines in their native land of Australia in association with Warburn Estate winery.

The wine lineup consists of four different wines bearing the namesake of some of the band’s greatest hits including Back in Black Shiraz, Highway to Hell Cabernet Sauvignon, Hells Bells Sauvignon Blanc, and You Shook Me All Night Long Moscato. Each bottle dons a unique photograph of the band doing what they do best– rock out. Alas, there is no word on the status of these fine wines’ presence in the states, so US residents will have to wait to see these bad boys in local stores. However, they are available to Australians at Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and BWS stores.
