I am not the biggest zucchini fan, it’s just one of those vegetables that I could never get into. But for some reason when you mix zucchini with chickpeas, add a cilantro-feta cheese dressing and top it off with some seared halibut, that is something I can definitely get into. (Thx FPD)
I haven’t had a good steak in a long time, so this one would definitely do the job. An absolutely gorgeous cut of meat topped off with a red wine demi-glace set with morel mushrooms and all paired with incredibly looking buttery, sautéed spinach. This is definitely a meal fit for a king. Or Lebron James. Either way. (Thx FPD)
Deep fried Asian goodness! I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t love to sink their teeth into a deep fried tempura shrimp, sweet potato, or broccoli. I defiantly need to hit up a Japanese restaurant soon, it’s been too long without my fatty fried love. (Thx theheartoffood)
If you are lost for a side dish idea, here is a quick one for you. Snap peas covered in toasted sesame seeds and soy sauce. Sounds awesome, and it also makes me want sushi. (Thx Cookingwithtien)
For day 3, Foodbeast soldier Corey decided he’d keep his meal very traditional. Chicken covered in melted cheese, a dinner roll, mashed rosemary potatoes and steamed vegetables. I wish I had such a good variety of foods in my dinner tonight. Instead I just had this.
