Funny Or Die’s Take On A Throwback Tombstone Pizza Commercial Is HILARIOUS

You guys remember those campy Tombstone Pizza commercials back in the ’90s? You know, the one where someone’s about to bite the dust and then gets asked the famous line:

What do you want on your TOMBSTONE?

To which the hero would spout the toppings to the popular frozen pizza brand.

Funny Or Die released a throwback trailer that recaptures the spirit of the originals, and we have to admit, it’s pretty awesome. The video stars actor Oliver Muirhead as he narrowly escapes death while requesting his favorite pizza.

Check it out above.

The throwback promotes Tombstone’s new Roadhouse line of pizzas, which comes in four varieties. These are: Bring on the Meat (pepperoni, Italian sausage, Genoa salami), Double Down Deluxe (pepperoni, Italian sausage, red and green peppers, caramelized onions), Piled High Pepperoni (lots of pepperoni), and Two Meat Matchup (pepperoni and Italian sausage).

Roadhouse pizzas are now available at grocery retailers nationwide for about $7.99. Each pizza takes about 25 minutes to bake.

Tombstone Frozen Pizzas Just Added A Sriracha Pie Called ‘DIABLO’ And A Bratwurst One With MUSTARD Sauce

Tombstone-Pizzas-Diablo-Brat

Our earliest memories of eating a Tombstone pizza was a movie night were we rented Pagemaster from Blockbuster. Now, the frozen pizza brand has released two limited flavors that boast boldness at the dinner table.

Tombstone’s new Diablo Pizza is made with spicy chorizo, jalapeños, sweet red peppers, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and a Sriracha tomato sauce. The Bratwurst Pizza features slices of bratwurst, green bell peppers, onions, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and a spicy brown mustard tomato sauce.

Available at participating grocers for a limited time only, the pizzas sell for about $4.99 a piece. Each pizza takes about 17-19 minutes to bake in the oven.
