For One Day, Arby’s Is Paying For Fans To Get FREE Actual Sandwich Tattoos

Every brand has its hardcore fans who will go above and beyond to profess their love for the company. This could be in the form of collecting memorabilia, getting the company to help them get married, or even tattooing the logo on them somewhere.

Arby’s is giving those who want it the chance to do the latter of those three on their dime, as for one day only, they’ll cover the charges on your themed tattoo.

The sandwich chain has partnered up with tattoo artist Miguel “Uzi” Montgomery to give Arby’s fans a free tattoo of popular Arby’s menu items — all designed by Montgomery himself.

Below is a flash sheet of tattoo designs guests can choose from.

The one-day promotion will be held on Saturday, Sept. 22, at Port City Tattoo in Long Beach, CA. From 11am to 8pm, the artists at Port City will be working to ensure that everyone who comes in will get their free Arby’s tattoo, though it will be limited to one tattoo per customer.

Arby’s and Montgomery created the sandwich-inspired designs as a way to give fans a way to express their love of sandwiches. They actually look pretty sweet, too.

Not too long ago, Domino’s Russia had a similar promotion (albeit reversed) where they asked fans to get a tattoo of their logo for the promise of free pizza for life. Unfortunately, they had to cut that campaign short due to the overabundance of folks willing to ink themselves for free pizza.

Still, it seems Arby’s is taking a more straightforward approach to getting their branding on fans. No promise of 100 sandwiches a year for 100 years, just a free (well-designed) tattoo. If you’re in the Long Beach area next Saturday, and want some free ink, pop your head in to Port City Tattoo. Arby’s will also be serving free sandwiches during the event.

This is What a 6-Pack Tattoo Looks like, Literally

Talk about a beer belly.

This tattoo has got our full kudos and respect. You gotta give the guy credit for being up front about his liquid diet of choice. Plus, it’s a sure fire way to snag all the ladies on beach day. Goodness knows we couldn’t deny a chap sporting a tatt like that.

We’d even go so far as to say that it’s just as awkwardly awesome as the Hello Kitty sushi tattoo or the BLT tri-force action. Oh, and we’re pretty sure 6-pack guy should totally be buddies with this guy:

Stay thirsty my friends.

Mom x Burger Tattoo Design

If you’re making the ultimate cliche move this Mother’s Day by getting some ink on that arm, might as well get it in burger form! The above illustration, a fantasy from the mind of burger artist Char.L.Ton, was meant to show some love to all the mothers out there…and all their sons and daughters who also love burgers.

Happy Mother’s Day, mom!

Rob Dyrdek’s “Monster” Tattoo Process [Updated]

It seems Rob Dyrdek has taken to his Twitter to relay the live process of a sprawling Monster Energy back tattoo he’s in the process of getting. With his cousin Drama in tow, some nice photography, and legendary artist Jun Cha behind the needle art, we are witness to some rather “Monster”-ish dedication to an energy drink brand. Rob credits this back tattoo to the immense support the Monster brand has given him over the years. We’ve got the photos as they get tweeted, 10-hour tattoo session, here we go:

Greasy Bacon Tattoo

This guy really loves bacon. Then again, I might just have to get a piece of bacon tattooed next to my cheeseburger. Because no matter how many times I fight with bacon, she and I always make up. No matter how many times she burns me I always forgive her. Bacon, I love you.

Breakfast On The Mind Tattoo

This guy either really loves breakfast foods or he woke up one morning and decided, “Hey I think I would like to permanently have ‘food for thought’ on my mind”. Whatever the case it’s very well done and definitely makes me want breakfast. On the flip side it would be awesome if this guy hated breakfast foods!

Cracker Barrel Tattoo

If you’ve never ventured out of the hole you live in and visited a Cracker Barrel, then you are missing out on life. Cracker Barrel does breakfast like every other main stream restaurant wishes they could. Sure Cracker Barrel, I’d love 16 pieces of bacon with my meal. With a awesome old farmhouse feel and great food it’s no wonder this guy got it tattooed on him. This would definitely be something I would get if I was anywhere near a Barrel, as they call it on the streets.

Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits Tattoo

This guy is clearly a fan of Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits both mentally and physically. I hope he got a lifetime supply of fried chickeny goodness for this tattoo. If I were him, I’d get the whole thing covered in gravy.
