For $10,000, You Can Own A Bikini Made Entirely Of Pizza

Ever want to rock an outfit made entirely of pizza? Now that it’s summer, you’re going to want to hit the beach and strut your stuff. And what better way to grab someone’s attention than to wear a bikini made entirely of pizza?

DesignTaxi reports, in honor of National Bikini Day, Villa Italian Kitchen teamed up with renowned food stylist Jessie Bearden to create what’s referred to as the “Pizza-Kini.” Whether you’re a guy or gal, this is sure to turn some heads.

The swimsuit is supposed to be form-fitting and made from homemade dough, whole milk mozzarella cheese, sauce made from California tomatoes, and good old reliable pepperoni. The only downside to this novelty two-piece, however, is the $10,000 price tag, which is due in part to the exclusivity of the item and the fact that it’s designed by Bearden himself.

If you do have the spare dough and want to rock a pizza to the beach, you can find out more about the Pizza-Kini here. Boy do I have to hit the gym.

Swimsuit Competition Recreates ‘Last Supper’ Sparking Major Outrage

An annual swimsuit competition in Brazil, the Miss Bumbum Pageant, is facing some major heat from religious leaders this past week after the magazine recreated the iconic “Last Supper” painting with models in bikinis, reports Maxim.

Painted by Leonardo Da Vinci in the 15th Century, the work of art is considered one of history’s greatest religious masterpieces, depicting Jesus Christ’s last meal with his followers before his crucifixion. The newest take on that features eight models, in place of Christ and his disciples, wearing bikinis and posing ‘butts out’ to the camera.

Cacau Oliver, the pageant’s creator, told the Daily Mail that the biblical scenario was intended to recreate the tense atmosphere of the competition. Oliver went on to say that the photo took place during the “last” meeting of the women before heading into the grand finale of the competition.

Sexy Jesus herself, Daiana Fegueredo, issued a public apolgoy for the image. The model, pictured at the center of the piece, said she grew up Catholic and considers the photo blasphemy. Fegueredo says that ever since the shoot, she’s regretted being a part of the controversial image. She told the Daily Mail:

“We went too far. We were part of a great sin.”

The biggest sin, judging from the image, are the models sitting bare bottom on perfectly good food. Such as waste.

Every Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant Winner Since 1997

In the wake of the recent news regarding Hooters executives leaving the company to fund up-start rival restaurant Twin Peaks, we decided we’d cut the restaurant a break and observe one of its strongest assets, its annual Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant. Every year sees the 430+ location restaurant chain hold a pageant to select  an official spokesperson and personality for the Hooters brand.

The winning beauty always competes for a crown and prizes, along with being featured on Hooters national TV commercials, billboards, Hooters Magazine, Hooters Calendar and to be the face of the brand for year’s duration. The pageant’s first winner back in 1997, Paula Cobb, took home a mere $2500 cash prize. Compare this to 2010’s winner, LeAngela Davis, who took home $50,000 in addition to being crowned live on Spike TV.

Without further ado, we present a historical look back at every winner of the Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant since its inception, in 1997:
