Brooklyn Bunny Brings Owner’s Boyfriend Beer [WATCH]

Ben Ahles, a fabricator for design firm SITU Studio, spent several months successfully training his girlfriend’s rabbit to deliver some beer. With the help of some raisins and a cleverly crafted cart, Wallace the rabbit (or The Mad King, as his YouTube handle suggests) deftly braves the length of a runner in his Brooklyn apartment, just to give Ahles a fresh beer.

Wallace initially had zero interest in Ahles, 28, when the pair first started interacting, but once his owner, 29-year-old Alix Sugarman, revealed Wallace’s obsession with raisins, a wealth of training and bonding opportunities opened up to Ahles.

“The lynchpin of the cart is the raisins skewered at the top that he is trying to eat,” said Ahles, regarding the four iterations it took to perfect the beer cart. “I had to keep constructing carts that would hold the raisins in the exact right position for him to strain just enough that he pushes the cart forward.”

While it doesn’t help that Wallace likes chewing on cardboard as much as he loves hunting down raisins, Ahles is confidently moving on to bigger structures for Wallace to manipulate.

“We are going to work on making him machines that help him do our jobs so we don’t have to,” Ahles said. How fast can bunnies type?

This ‘Sons of Anarchy’ Actor Just Killed His Ex-Girlfriend’s Pet Rabbit for Dinner

Dimitri Diatchenko, aka “That Dangerous Russian Guy in Every TV Show for the Past Two Decades,” is now legitimately dangerous. The extremely typecast actor recently killed his ex-girlfriend’s rabbit, then cooked and ate it.

(Insert stream of expletives indicating disbelief here).

In true film industry style, the bunny’s death served an artistic purpose. Diatchenko filmed the entire process, copying a scene from Fatal Attraction.

“Diatchenko skinned the pet, cooked it and ate half of it while sending her step-by-step pictures of what he did,” according to a statement from the district attorney’s office, NY Daily News reports.

The actor, 46, was no longer dating his ex, but they still lived together. The crime was committed in retaliation for her wanting them to physically separate as well. When the woman returned home, she was threatened with the same fate.

Diatchenko is most well-known for losing a fight to Chuck Norris in Walker, Texas Ranger and being largely unmemorable in Sons of Anarchy. And now, this.

Listen to your mothers: don’t date actors. Bitches be trippin’.

Whole Foods’ Decision to Sell Rabbit Meat Met with Backlash

Whole Foods Market made the decision to begin selling rabbit meat at select stores across the nation. The news upset many, prompting them to protest the grocery chain in defense of their furry woodland friends. Among them were several rabbit advocacy groups including The House Rabbit Society. The society urged Whole Foods guests to tell as many people as they can about the rabbit meat, an animal that’s considered more a pet than meal.

HuffPo reports that a Whole Foods spokesman reached out to them acknowledging that Whole Foods is “sensitive to the companion animal issue” and that the company’s decision to carry the meat was a result of frequent customer requests to do so. Whole Foods stated in a release that the rabbits they sell must meet the requirement of having “continuous access to drinking water, feed, roughage and knowing blocks.”

Whole Foods Market is currently only selling rabbit meat at select locations in the mid-Atlantic, Midwest, north Atlantic, Northeast, South and Pacific Northwest and Southern California.

Epic Meal Time Recreates a Birth For Special Mother’s Day Episode

We’ve seen some wild things from the amateur, foul-mouthed YouTube chefs at Epic Meal Time. In their most recent Mother’s Day episode, the dudes recreate a birth, and end up chomping on the bacon umbilical cord in the process.

This episode finds the show’s host Harley Morenstein suited up as a doctor, reminiscing about his mother’s aspirations for him to grow up in the medical profession. Morenstein has a full turkey, covered in bacon stuffed with a full rabbit, both connected by a windy, edible umbilical cord.

2,435 grams of fat, 33,303 calories later, we witness the…’crowning’ moment:

Following the biting of the umbilical cord, the entire meal was rounded off with the customary Jack Daniels Titty Milk shots:

In the words of Harley, this video is a motherfuckin’ Mother’s Day special…for all the motherfuckin’ motherfuckers…that ever fucked their mothers…I’m talking to you Dad:

“Year of the Rabbit” Burger

Ring in the Chinese New Year today with this Year of the Rabbit burger. Created by the burger genius Char.L.Ton, this dish highlights a rather lonesome rabbit made entirely of edible hamburger ingredients. The patty makes up the body, dots of mustard make up the eyes, a tomato button nose, onions are used in the creation of the eyebrows, whiskers and teeth, the body is a bed of greenery, and the carrot off to the side is a combination tomato and lettuce leaf. The best part about the dish, in my opinion, is the Sriracha-based type face accenting the dish. Eat on!
