Michelob ULTRA and Tinker Hatfield Reveal Exclusive “Not For Sale” NBA Championship Bottle

The NBA Finals are underway and still prove to be one of the biggest spectacles in professional sports. With that prestige comes unique releases surrounding the festivities, like a new super exclusive bottle from Michelob ULTRA and legendary sneaker designer Tinker Hatfield.

This limited-edition Michelob ULTRA x Tinker Hatfield “Not For Sale” NBA Championship Bottle can only be won, so exclusivity is at a premium here. Here’s all the deets on this one of a kind bottle, including how to score one for yourself. Emphasis on ‘score’ regarding this drop:

  • Presented in premium packaging that emulates a shoe box, the exclusive NBA Championship Bottle is hand-signed by Tinker Hatfield.
  • The total number of bottles available to win are restricted to the number of points scored by the winning team in the final game of the 2021 NBA Finals. Each box is numbered for authenticity.
  • When the final buzzer sounds in the last game of the NBA Finals, the “Not For Sale” drop clock hosted on and @MichelobULTRA’s Twitter will start. Fans must act quickly to enter for a chance to get their hands on the exclusive bottle.
  • Sneakerheads can also get unprecedented access to Tinker via an ‘Ask Me Anything’ (AMA) session on Reddit during Game 3.

There is no exact word yet on when the tacos will drop but expect them to arrive in stores sometime this month!

We All Win Free Taco Bell If An Away Team Steals A Win From Home Team In The NBA Finals

The NBA playoffs have been nothing short of dramatic this year — per the usual. Teams’ journeys to the NBA Finals all provide for unique storylines and melodrama (can be confused with Melo’s drama of still being team-less), culminating in some must-watch TV. But for a fourth year in a row, Taco Bell is joining in on the NBA Finals action by uniting sports and non-sports fans alike to cheer on something that they all can get behind: free tacos.

With Taco Bell’s “STEAL A GAME, STEAL A TACO” promo, everyone in America wins, regardless of your team affiliation. That’s because if the road team ‘steals’ a win from the home team, then that means free tacos for everyone. And we’re not talking about just any regular taco, as Taco Bell’s self-dubbed G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Tacos), the Doritos Locos Taco, will be given away for free.

As of this writing, it’s only the Golden State Warriors that have made it to the NBA Finals, with the Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks still going at it for their chance to make it to their first finals appearance in their respective franchises histories. But regardless of the finals matchup, we can all root for the away team to steal a W on the home team’s court all for the sake of free Doritos Locos Tacos.

Who: Taco Bell

What: Free Doritos Locos Tacos if the away team steals a win from the home team.

When: The 2019 NBA Finals start Thursday, May 30 and could run through a possible Game 7 on June 16. The first game the road team wins will automatically win everyone in America a free Doritos® Locos Taco on Tuesday, June 18 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (local time).

Where: All participating US Taco Bell stores. Fans that are registered on Taco Bell’s website or app have the new opportunity to redeem their free Doritos® Locos Taco online or via mobile (all day).

Lebron Blew It, Now We All Get Free Taco Bell

Whether you love or hate Lebron James, at least be thankful that he is the reason we all get free tacos.

Taco Bell ran a “Steal a game, steal a taco” promo for the 2017 NBA Finals, where they’d offer everyone in the U.S. a free Doritos Locos Taco if one of the home teams lost.

Well, the Cleveland Cavaliers lost last night’s home game to the Golden State Warriors, so that means on June 13, you can walk up to the cashier at your local Taco Bell between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and walk out with a free taco, while supplies last.

If you’re lucky enough to have several Taco Bells within a 10 mile radius, just roll up to every one of them, get your taco, and eat like a king on that fat Tuesday.

Thanks for the free tacos, ‘Bron.

Who: Taco Bell
What: One Free Doritos Locos Taco
When: Tuesday, June 13, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time

We All Get Free Taco Bell If The Warriors Lose At Home In The Finals

In its 2nd annual NBA Finals promo, Taco Bell will once again give out free Doritos Locos Tacos if one of the home teams lose.

They’re calling it “Steal a game, steal a taco,” which means the first team to steal a game on the road will earn everyone in the U.S. a taco.

That means if the Cavs steal a game in Golden State’s Oracle Arena, we all get free tacos. If Kevin Durant and the gang roll into Cleveland and win, we all get free tacos.

The availability of when we can redeem our free tacos is a little tricky, but it goes something like this:

If the road team wins Game 1, Game 2, Game 3, we can head over to TB on Wednesday, June 13 from 2 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to get our taco.

If the road team win Game 4, Game 5, Game 6, or Game 7, we can head over  to Taco Bell on Tuesday, June 20 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and get a free taco.

If somehow, the home team wins every single game, we’re screwed, but that hasn’t happened since 1955, when the Fort Wayne Pistons beat the Syracuse Nationals in the NBA Finals.

History is on our side, so just keep an eye on the NBA Finals scores, starting June 1 and wait for the home team to lose.

Burger King President Loses Wager to Pizza Hut Exec; Spends Day Making Pizzas

During the heat of the most recent NBA Finals, the competitive rivalries between the Dallas Mavericks and the Miami Heat permeated throughout their respective states. Even business executives from the some of the country’s largest fast food corporations. Intro Pizza Hut U.S.’s general manager Brian Niccol and Burger King Corp.’s Steve Wiborg.

Wiborg, head of Miami-based Burger King, had high hopes for his Heat team, wagering a day of their own labor at one of the winner’s location. Considering the Dallas Maverick’s took the series in an epic 4 games to 2, loser Steve Wiborg made good on the championship wager, seen below serving up pizza on the line for an entire day.

LeBron James Gets the Dos Equis Ad Treatment [HUMOR]

With the NBA Finals in full swing, and the NBA’s most “prominent” player on the ultimate stage, it seems he’s underperforming yet again. In the Miami Heat’s Game 5 Loss, LeBron managed a meager two points during the game’s pivotal fourth quarter. As a result, the Miami Heat are now down 2-3 to the Dallas Mavericks.

Some of the Internet’s most humorous have taken to their Twitter to push this faux-ad campaign that superimposes LeBron James as the Dos EquisMost Interesting Man In The World. Let the Internet memes roar:
