Orange County is renowned for its perfect weather, breathtaking beaches, attractive people and… taquerias!? The gang and I were driving down 19th street in Costa Mesa and spotted no less then seven taco stands within the span of a couple blocks. With our stomachs running on empty, we picked Taqueria El Granjenal out of the bunch and grubbed down! Check out the play-by-play after this rainy day in Costa Mesa, CA.

Chocomize: Smores Bar
I came across this company last week and had to share it with everyone. Chocolate Customize or Chocomize is exactly what it sounds like, custom chocolate bars. Step one: design it. Step two: they make it. Step three: shipped right to your doorstep. Step four: enjoy. You can choose your favorite chocolate and from more than 100 types of fruits, nuts, herbs, and candies. Apparently there are over 30 billion possible custom chocolate combinations. (Thx Chocomize)
I love these E-Trade commercials starring these hilarious babies voiced by adults. Check this “Milkaholic” baby girlfriend one that was apparently a part of their Superbowl 2010 commercial campaign. Milk-a-what?!
Oreo Fun Stix
Some people like their oreo’s with milk, and others without. Some dunk them in, some just chug the milk after. But how about having the best of both at the same time, in the form of a straw. New from Nabisco are the Oreo Fun Stix, use them as a straw to drink your milk, then take a bite into the sweet, soggy Oreo stick. Check out the commercial for them here.
Straight out of Ben and Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream and Dessert Book, what do you get when you mixed chocolate, cherries, eggs, sugar, whipping cream, milk and salt? This awesome homemade cherry garcia ice cream on a perfect little sugar cone. Considering how hot it is out right now, this would sure hit the spot!
Star Wars Breakfast Cereal
With all the hooplah surrounding the recent Star Trek release, time to dish out a little bit of attention to other family in the galaxy. Here we’re looking at a bunch of floating Storm Trooper heads floating in a bowl of milk. Not really sure who’s behind this futuristic breakfast cereal, but it sure is interesting to look at!
