Taqueria Mexico

Led by the tip of one of our readers Sean Martin (feel free to keep e-mailing us your favorite hot spots, we read every e-mail!), we decided to check out this 24 hour abode. Humbly situated in the safety of the city of Orange, in between a 7-Eleven, Subway and an attached Donut Shop. Boasting a simple menu (tacos and burritos) and quick service, coupled with one of the most uninspired names I’ve seen in awhile, Taqueria Mexico is actually, definitely where it’s at. Anaheim: Taqueria Escalante

I’ve been dying to Food Beast this place. I hate to show this level of emotion, because, let’s put it bluntly, I have a huge endowment and it might shrink if I’m extroverted with my feelings. Regardless, I decided enough was enough, I hopped in my car mid-Home Improvement Episode and drove to my good friends over at Taqueria Escalante.

Chronic Tacos: Huntington Beach

Here at Food Beast, we have some obscure work habits. The beauty of working with food, you have to do very little work in the actual office. So, during the odd hours during the week, it’s often beautiful and sunny out in Orange County. So when I met up with Marc in Fountain Valley to discuss how to promote the site and talk about future endeavors, we caught a glimpse of his two beach cruisers sitting in the garage…then noticed the blistering sun outside…one thing led to another, and we decided we would have our think tank at the beach today. Onward ho!
