Be Honest, Your Dirty Mind Sees Something Else On This McCafe Cup

mcd ass cheeks

We all have that friend who finishes everything you say with, “That’s what she said.” It doesn’t even always make sense, but in their head, they know that it was perfectly dirty, somehow.

That’s definitely this particular individual, who saw McDonald’s new holiday McCafe coffee cup and somehow spotted the opportunity to make it pornographic.

The original print on the cup is supposed be a couple of white mittens coming together, but  when someone drew in fingers, it suddenly transforms into a POV video on Porn Hub (I mean, I’ve heard that’s what their videos look like, I wouldn’t know firsthand).

That’s one way for them to SPREAD holiday cheer, but it’s probably not what they were going for.

Forever unclean.

McDonald’s Comes After Starbucks With New McCafe Upgrades

Now that McDonald’s pretty much has their breakfast game locked down, the fast food chain is coming for Starbucks. According to Bloomberg, McDonald’s is now focusing all of their attention on improving their McCafe line.

Aside from freshly brewed coffee, McDonald’s has an entire menu dedicated to caffeinated beverages since 2001. Beverages served included lattes, mochas, hot chocolates, and iced coffees.

McDonald’s Corp. announced that they’ll be reintroducing their McCafe concept early next year, with coffee made from sustainable resources similar to Starbucks’ business model.

A huge factor in McDonald’s new model will be special pricing for beverages: $1 drip coffee and $2 small specialty drinks. These prices, stacked against Starbucks’ $2.10 drips and $4.25 specialty drinks, are less than half the cost of the Seattle based coffee empire.

Expect to see the changes sometime in early 2017.

McDonald’s Has An Entire Banh Mi Menu In Vietnam

We’ve seen how drastically McDonald’s differs in other countries compared to the United States. Japan had the Giga Big Mac, France had a variety of fresh baked goods and Italy had a prosciutto breakfast sandwich.

So what makes McDonald’s Vietnam so different? A Banh Mi Sandwich menu.

International fast food blogger Traveling McDs posted a picture of a McCafe menu at what appears to be a McDonald’s location in Ho Chi Minh City on Twitter.

The menu featured three sandwiches under the heading Banh Mi McCafe. There was a Ham Cheese Baguette with veggies, a Grilled Pork Baguette and a Ham Cheese Baguette with Round Egg.

While the fast food variation probably doesn’t taste as good as the authentic Vietnamese staple, it’s cool to see Banh Mi get some love.

Son Comes Out To His Father In This Tradition-Challenging McDonald’s Ad

McDonald’s Taiwan recently released a commercial that seriously tugging on our heartstrings. The ad shows a young man coming out to his father at a McDonald’s.

We see the two men sitting together at the fast food restaurant.

The camera shifts to writing on a McCafe cup that roughly translates to:

I like men.

As the two sit in silence, the father abruptly gets up and leaves his son behind. The young man looks disheartened.

The father returns, however, takes out a pen and writes a response on his son’s cup.

I accept that you like men.

Happiness ensues and father and child then enjoy their McCafe beverages together.

Seriously McDonald’s, great commercial. Simple, sweet and moving. Sure beats that horrifying anthropomorphic Happy Meal box you had dancing around.

McDonald’s Is Testing McCafé Stands EXCLUSIVELY For Coffee

McDonald’s is testing a new “experience” for customers that might just change the hot beverage game. The fast food chain has begun testing stands that sell nothing but McCafés in Canada.

It seems McDonald’s wants to work towards being the leading coffee brand. Currently, the first of the stand is located at the transit hub Union Station in Toronto. The McCafé stands also feature a new line of pastries for patrons to order with their coffees.

Grubstreet also says that that spot is also testing an exclusive Oreo McFlurry-like affogato where coffee is poured over the ice cream snack. The stand is currently on its first trial phase, with another scheduled for sometime in 2016.

McDonald’s France Gets Cookie Frappuccinos, from Raspberry White Chocolate to Chocolate Hazelnut

It’s as easy as drinking a cookie. Which is to say, a lot easier than you’d think.

At McDonald’s France, McBaristas are taking the chain’s daily “fresh baked” cookies and blending them into vanilla frappuccinos. Dubbed “Delifrappe Cookies,” the drinks come in 3 crowd-pleasing flavors, Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut, Double Chocolate, and Raspberry and White Chocolate, each mixed with 3/4 of its namesake cookie, topped with a swirl of whipped cream, and then garnished with the other cookie fourth.

We imagine the process wouldn’t be too hard to replicate stateside (Starbucks already does it for their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frapp), though we’re curious to see how it might work if we used an apple pie instead.

McDonald’s Testing Horchata Frappes in Southern California

Horchata is a kind of cinnamon-flavored almond-rice milk, popular throughout Spain and Latin America, that tastes pretty much like drinking liquid churros. Now, just about two and a half hours north of the border, it seems a Los Angeles McDonald’s wants to make the sweet-sweet-nothing even more addictive, by loading it up with coffee and whipped cream.

GrubGrade reports a new Horchata Frappe was spotted in Los Angeles as part of McDonald’s McCafe Social Hour for buy-one-get-one McCafé Beverages, everyday from 2 – 5 p.m. Funnily enough, Starbucks just wrapped its own half-price happy hour, with at least one location in Santa Ana also offering a Horchata-flavored Frap. No offense SBux, but I think I would rather have fries with that.
