This looks great, but I’m super curious on the proper way to eat it (I wonder if it’s on a stick?!). Either way, what we’re looking at here is a corn on the cob, wrapped in hickory bacon, surrounded by two hot dogs and two sticks of Colby-Jack cheese, wrapped in a healthy amount of ground beef. The one thing I go on a search for are these amazing hot dog carts, frying up all kinds of goodness. The usual order that me and the friends round up is a hot dog, wrapped in bacon, topped with grilled veggies, jalapenos and dressed in nothing but the finest mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. If you haven’t had the pleasure of trying one out on a street corner, live on the wild side for a night and try it out, you won’t be disappointed! (Thx inyuaki)
This past week, we got to spend some awesome time with the good people of Orisue Clothing out in Fullerton. They spent the evening celebrating their creative director and founder’s birthday (Happy Birthday again Michael!) along with the photo shoot for their Fall 09 season. As usual, there was no scarcity of food among these talented group of designers and good vibes were flowing all around.
Thinking of the optimal lunch destination can be a daunting task. Especially after a few hours of brain-straining work. Our lunch idea for today is Wienerschnitzel.
