Make sure to keep an eye out for two additional products currently being tested in select markets: the Shaved Iced Espresso and Dunkin’s first ever Nitro Coffee. The Shaved Ice Espresso is currently being tested in Portland, Bangor, and West Palm Beach, while the Nitro Coffee is being tested at five locations in Boston and in the Rhode Island area.
If these products test well, they could be the next two additions we see to the Dunkin’ Donuts menu.

Dunkin’ Donuts Games Summer with New Arnold Palmer Coolatta

Few things scream summer like iced tea, lemonade, and old golfing guys. So in partnership with $1-canned-tea company AriZona, Dunkin’ Donuts decided to put them all together in slushy form, lest we forget summer vacation is still at least a month away and we ourselves are nowhere near retiring (ugh).

For those who dare to dream, DD’s new Frozen Arnold Palmer Coolatta combines equal parts football head and tropical plant frozen iced tea and frozen lemonade to create the perfect liquid accompaniment to planning summer getaways during office hours.

“With the beginning of warm weather, our guests look forward to the introduction of new and unique Coolatta frozen beverage flavors […],” John Costella, President of Global Marketing and Dunkin’ Brands said in a press release. “This year is especially exciting as we’ve partnered with the Arizona Beverages and Arnold Palmer Enterprises to introduce the new Frozen Arnold Palmer® Coolatta, featuring the classic combination of iced tea and lemonade as legendary as the man after which it’s named.”

Also returning to Dunkin’ menu boards for summer are the Oreo Coffee and Oreo Vanilla Bean Coolatta and the Watermelon and Blue Raspberry Coolatta. Each, along with yearlong flavors like Strawberry, is available in the small size for $1.99 ’til the end of May.

Dunkin’ Donuts Announces Captain America-themed Products

In the brand’s first-ever movie partnership, Dunkin’ Donuts took today to announce its multi-product line of Captain America consumables. In support of the Marvel Studios film Captain America: The First Avenger, the brand has followed a patriotic theme in the creation of these three new products.

The Captain America Coolatta, is a cherry-flavored frozen beverage that comes in a special limited-edition collectible First Avenger Tri-Cup, an interesting three-chamber cup that allows you to fill up on three different Coolatta flavors within the same cup. Also part of the lineup is a Captain America Donut, the brand’s first-ever star-shaped donut, and a Stars & Stripes Donut, both topped with patriotic red, white and blue sprinkles.

Dunkin’ Donuts Presents a Mountain Dew Coolatta

In a collaboration between two beverage giants, Dunkin’ Donuts and PepsiCo take today to introduce their new Mountain Dew Coolatta flavor. Available nationwide at Dunkin’ Donuts locations, the new drink is a frozen slush that combines the lemon and lime citrus flavors of Mountain Dew with the tastes of a Dunkin’ Donuts Coolatta. The drink is a limited time offering at participating Dunkin’ Donuts locations, with a 16-ounce beverage suggested to retail at $2.29.

Dunkin' Donuts: Vanilla Bean Coolatta

From now until June 24th, at select Dunkin’ Donuts locations nationwide, the Vanilla Bean Coolatta will be making its way back onto their menu. According to SlashFood and DD‘s senior director of brand marketing, the drink is a mysterious creation of ice and a “dairy-based cream”, along with the taste of vanilla bean. The drink will be priced at $1.99. Dunkin’ Donuts usually maintains a pretty solid track record when it comes to their morning beverages, let’s hope for this one to be no different!
