Cinnabon Is Selling Whole Pints Of Their Iconic Frosting For The First Time Ever

The best thing about a nice, warm cinnamon roll is arguably the divine cream cheese frosting slathered on top like a silk sheet on a tropical summer night.

For the first time, Cinnabon is now taking their famous frosting and selling it by the pint for fans to use how they see fit.

Cinnabon’s signature frosting will elevate practically any baked good you’re planning to make for the holidays, or if you’re anything like me, it will be utterly delicious paired with some black coffee and ruffled potato chips.

Hey, don’t judge me.

The limited-edition 13-oz Signature Cream Cheese Frosting pints are available nationwide at participating Cinnabon mall bakeries and food delivery providers for $5.99. You can find your nearest Cinnabon bakery store by peeping

This announcement marks the first addition to McDonald’s baked goods menu in eight years. Man, do I miss Cinnamelts.

KFC Just Teamed Up With Cinnabon To Make Cinnamon Roll Biscuits

Normally when you go to KFC, your dessert options are pretty limited. There’s the standard chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies, and maybe there’s a seasonal cake of some kind (like lemon) around. Outside of that, they haven’t innovated much in the dessert space. Until now, that is.

KFC has kickstarted their dessert innovation with a Cinnabon collab. These Cinnabon Biscuits are kind of like a cross between a cinnamon roll and a biscuit, only that the aromatic sugar filling is not rolled into the actual dough. Instead, there’s both a brown sugar cinnamon glaze and a cream cheese frosting drizzled on the outside of these biscuits.

Cinnabon Biscuits mark the first dessert item KFC has introduced in years. The last sweet treat to hit menus was cookies, which became a permanent item back in 2012.

These cinnamon sugar biscuits will be on the menu from April 29th through June 30th, or while supplies last. You’ll get a pack of four with any 10-piece meal or bigger order on the house, but can also purchase individual ones for a buck each or a pack of four for $3.

You Can Now Have A 5-Pound Cinnamon Roll Delivered To Your Door

Cinnamon rolls are one of the most comforting breakfasts out there. Since there can never be too many relaxing things in our lives, baking gift provider Wolferman’s is offering up a MASSIVE 5-pound version to comfort you and 40 of your closest friends.

5-pound cinnamon roll

The massive 80-ounce baked good is made in the traditional way, with heaps of cinnamon sugar wrapped around layers of dough. It also comes with a generous portion of cream cheese frosting that is more than enough to drench the roll.

Wolferman’s will ship the cinnamon roll to you cold, but it also comes with heating instructions. The pan it’s sent in is safe to use when heating up the roll in the oven or microwave. Those who use the latter thinking it’ll be faster should know that it takes several minutes to get the pastry piping hot, and it may not even fit into your microwave to begin with.

While Wolferman’s is definitely delivery on quantity, there’s plenty of quality to go around, too. The gargantuan cinnamon roll still has plenty of chew, flavor, and sweetness, and the cream cheese icing coats it to perfection.

A single 5-pound cinnamon roll costs $50 to ship and deliver. If you split that cost amongst the 40 people it can feed, though, it’s a pretty cost-effective way to nourish a crowd.

Wolferman’s didn’t just settle at a 5-pound behemoth, however. They actually went on to break the Guinness World Record for the largest cinnamon roll, at an astonishing 1,149 pounds! You can view the entire 9-foot-long treat in the photo above.

Sam’s Club Is Selling A MASSIVE 44-Ounce Cinnamon Roll For Under $5

Sam’s Club, aka Walmart’s version of Costco, is supersizing one of America’s favorite breakfast items with a brand new 44-ounce cinnamon roll that they just released in stores.

For those keeping track, 44 ounces translates to 2.75 total pounds of cinnamon, sugar, dough, and icing. That’s the equivalent of roughly 3 and a half full tubes, or 30 individual pieces, of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. At Walmart, each of those packages costs about $2.18, so you’d think that this massive cinnamon roll would cost at least $7-$8, minimum.

However, a Sam’s Club representative has confirmed to Foodbeast that the 44-ounce Cinnamon Roll will only set you back $4.98. Considering that this can feed 10-14 people easily, that’s an insanely good deal for what would better be classified as a cinnamon roll cake.

You do need a Sam’s Club membership or a friend with one willing to help you out to get in on this mountain of a dessert. It’s also only available through the holiday season, so make sure to roll up to Walmart’s wholesale store before that period ends if you want this behemoth of a sugar rush.

Peeps’ New Holiday Flavors Taste Like Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Fudge [UNBOXING]

Peeps are the holiday candy that you either hate, or just kind of like, and with an array of new holiday flavors, we felt it was our duty to let you know how good or bad these little marshmallows taste.

The new lineup includes: Christmas Cookie flavor, Cinnamon Roll, and Sugar Plum Delights, all of which can at least try to get you in the holiday spirit.

In our Unboxing series, our own Elie Ayrouth and Rudy Chaney got hold of the holiday Peep gang, giving their off-the-cuff opinions on them.

The Sugar Plum Delights were first up, and apparently weren’t that great, to say the least. “They taste like cough syrup, with fudge on the bottom,” said Rudy.

The cinnamon roll Peeps apparently taste like like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, so you can’t hate too much on anything that taste like the world’s greatest cereal.

Elie said the sugar cookie Peeps seem to smell like vanilla soap, while Rudy was just stoked at the fudge dipped portion of the Peep.

Peep the rest of the Unboxing, as they roll through the rest of the holiday flavors.

Transform Regular Cinnamon Rolls In These 7 Unique Ways

Cinnamon rolls. The best thing to come in a tube since…pretty much any other food that comes in a tube. In a few simple steps you can have warm, doughy cinnamon rolls to gorge yourself on, and that’s all well and good. Or, if you’re bored of your everyday cinnamon roll, you can make something so creative, it will make regular cinnamon rolls look like they’re not even trying. Try thinking outside the tube with these 9 unbelievably fun ways to enjoy cinnamon rolls.

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Photo: The Year of The Cookie

Take an already rich cinnamon bun and turn it into the richest dessert known to man: cheesecake. Layers of thick cream cheese and cinnamon swirl topped off with some sugary cinnamon roll frosting will blow your mind. Be warned, though, this is not an easy dessert to make. Cinnamon bun amateurs need not apply.

While this is easier with your own cinnamon batter (as in the above recipe), you can use the premade stuff as well. Simply bunch together the rolls and flatten into a single sheet for the bottom. Add your cheesecake filling, and sprinkle the top with more cinnamon roll pieces before baking.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

Just because pre-packaged cinnamon rolls make breakfast a snap doesn’t mean you have to settle for the same basic old thing. Get pumped up for breakfast again with this cinnamon roll French toast bake. Simply cut the pre-made rolls into eight pieces and place in a baking dish with melted butter. Cover with cinnamon-infused, beaten eggs and bake. And if you’re not topping this French toast with pecans and an entire bottle of syrup, you’re doing it wrong.

Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Cake

It doesn’t have to be fall for you to partake in the joys of pumpkin, my friends. This moist pumpkin cake has a little surprise inside — a cinnamon bun. Make it by laying your cinnamon rolls in between two layers of pumpkin cake batter and then baking. Is it a pumpkin cinnamon roll? Is it pumpkin cake featuring a cinnamon bun? The world may never know.

Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Photo: Dinner Then Dessert

Cinnamon buns with a crunch. These cookies are a great take on your regular cinnamon roll, especially when covered in heaps of powdered sugar and icing. They’re easy to make, just by simply flattening the cinnamon rolls and laying them onto cookie sheets (or making your own from scratch with a cinnamon swirl… yum). Best of all, these cookies are easier to consume than your regular sticky bun, so you can eat more in a shorter amount of time. Priorities, people.

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie

Photo: Ali a la Mode

The best part of apple pie is probably a tie between the sweet pockets of cinnamon you find throughout the pie and the warm, doughy crust. Why not enjoy the best of both worlds by using cinnamon buns to make the crust of your pie? Simply form the bottom crust of crammed cinnamon rolls before topping with a filling and crumble top. This hack works for any pie, but let’s face it, it was meant for apple pie. And who are we to deny fate?

Cinnamon Roll Donut

To those of you who say donuts and cinnamon buns aren’t healthy for you… generally, we would agree with you. And cinnamon buns turned INTO donuts? Forget it. But these cinnamon bun donuts are the ultimate indulgence and cheat day breakfast. Simply fry the cut-out cinnamon rolls for some extra crunch and guilt. Your taste buds will love you.

Cinnamon Roll Waffles

This recipe is so simple, I don’t know how you could resist giving it a try. Take your pre-made cinnamon bun dough and place it in your waffle iron. Then use the waffle iron as usual to create the breakfast that will change life as you know it — cinnamon roll waffles. All hail the waffle iron.
