It’s pretty amazing to note that the first Blizzard was brought into fruition in 1985, and now its more than two decades later with a variety of options that resemble a small army. The heads over at Dairy Queen are set to kick off the New Year with their latest “Blizzard of the Month”, a new Turtle Oreo Blizzard that will become available at participating locations beginning January 1st. The new Blizzard features cookie pieces, caramel and pecans blended with the notorious vanilla soft-serve ice cream. Look to drop $2.75 for a 12-ounce, $3.20 for a 16-ounce and $3.65 for a 21-ounce (only true option). Brain freeze, eat on! (Thx NRN)

The 2008 Cadbury Chocolate Fashion Show showed off lots of ladies walking the runway, scantily clad in 70% cacao. The superhero theme featured women brandishing milk chocolate guns, utility belts and bat wings. The lady on the left got a Super Soaker and the Lara Croft knockoff on the right is double fisting pistols, but the girl in the middle got stuck with a lollipop. It’s all good, still made for some hot chocolate. Via [The Bachelor Guy]

Way back in the day, 3 Musketeers got its name from a set of three different flavors: chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. The bar we know nowadays is chocolate nougat covered in more chocolate. In 2007, for the first time in 75 years, 3 Musketeers has added a new product to its line: 3 Musketeers Mint. It is “a refreshing mint escape with the perfect combination of delicate mint nougat dipped in rich, dark chocolate.” Available in Mint Bars, Mint Mini, Mint Fun Size and Mint 2-to-Go. The Mint 2-to-Go is a 1.24 oz. package with 2 thinner snack sized bars inside. The fluffy nougat inside has a light mint flavor and is coated with a thin layer of dark chocolate.
