What’s a Chocolate Chip S’mookie you may ask? The food-child of personal chef Gaby Dalkin, a combination of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies sandwiching marshmallows and homemade chocolate ganache. Once the ingredients were in place, Gaby wrapped her sandwich up in tin foil and threw it on the grill for a few minutes, letting the heat run all the way through her s’mookie.
Oh yeah, a quick dusting of Maldon sea salt on top of the dough pre-baking is apparently the swagger you need if you want that extra level of depth on those S’mookies! (Recipe @ What’sGabyCooking)
