A wedding cake is one of the most universal symbols of new love, and picking the perfect one can really set the tone for the rest of the marriage. That’s why there are so many flavors and designs to appeal to every personality and preference under the sun.

For all the dairy lovers ready to embark on a lifetime of love (and artisanal cheese), Costco is offering a wedding cake that’s sure to send any cheese-loving couple off to a fantastic start.

The Cheese Lover Celebration Cake is made up of gourmet cheeses from around the world, and totals about 24 pounds of dairy from top to bottom, all at a cost of $440.

This cake is comprised of five cheeses: Red Leicester, Danish Blue, Murcia al Vino, Tuscan Sheep’s Cheese, and Brilliant Savarin Triple Cream Brie. You can store each individual wheel in the fridge until you’re ready to assemble them and decorate them.

Each cake serves approximately 105 to 150.

Hopefully you won’t need to present a marriage license in order to snag this mountain of cheese. I would love to just pop a Lactaid pill and just dive into this bad boy on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Professional Cheese Babysitter Is a Real and Magical Job

If you have a job where all you do is sit, and eat and rate cheese, you’ve made it. A professional cheese grader from a Cabot Creamery in Vermont believes that he is a “cheese babysitter” because that’s pretty much what his job entails.

Senior cheese grader Craig Gile defines cheddar profiles on a daily basis, reports WCAX. This means he’s determining what’s mild and what’s sharp by eating lots and lots of cheese. His daily tasks include testing sharpness of cheese (the more resistance the sharper), as well as detecting notes of fruitiness or yeast. Gile also looks out for discolorations or abnormalities in the cheese. Sir, you have the best job ever.

“Sometimes you do have stubborn cheeses. I usually refer to my job as babysitting cheese. I do really think of them as having their own personalities,” Gile tells WCAX. He describes his job as an amalgam of cheese babysitter and cheese shrink, thanks to his degree in psychology.

Apparently you don’t even need a world-class palate to become a cheese babysitter. You just have to know what you’re looking for and love cheese.

That’s practically this entire office.

This is What a Justin Brieber-ger Looks Like

Who knew a bowling alley in Southern California could be so clever with their burger-of-the-month products? For the entire month of April, Concourse Bowl in Southern California will be serving up a cutely named Justin Brieber-ger.

That’s rightthe burger has brie, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, bib lettuce and K.P. steak sauce (no clue what that is) and is called a Brieber-ger. That’s about all the news I have for this particular sandwich. I spotted it on the menu during my recent Monday night bowling league — couldn’t stop laughing at the name, and simply had to order it to show off to the rest of the world.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t a huge fan of the burger. I was quickly reminded that brie cheese is one of my least favorite molds to top a sandwich with, and no amount of humorous puns could mask its pungency. But for those who enjoy brie and simply adore foods named after young pop stars, you might enjoy the Brieber-ger. You’ll have to try it for yourself:

Baked Brie and Raspberry Puff Pastry

This amazing concoction (and the subsequently amazing photograph) as way too good to pass up and I would be selfish not to share with the world. Created by Gaby, a talented personal chef out of Los Angeles, we’re looking at brie cheese oozing (understatement) out of a crispy puff pastry. The best part about it? Take note of the raspberry preserves that were included in the recipe…drooling yet?

Strawberry Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The ancient grilled cheese sandwich has been revamped and turned into a dessert with this strawberry grilled cheese creation! This sandwich still has all of the typical grilled cheese components, just with different ingredients. Angel food cake replaces the toast, brie subs in for the American cheddar cheese, and balsamic strawberries come in for the main attraction! A regular grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, and this for dessert? Down! (Thx FATF)
