Here’s How You Can Get $3 Chipotle Burritos For Halloween

chipotle unwrapped

For the 5th year in a row, Chipotle is having a Halloween promotion where they sell their hefty burritos for a bit cheaper than you’re used to.

While in years past, just wearing a Halloween costume was enough, this year they’re pushing customers to add something unnecessary to their costume as they’re trying to drive home that they no longer use “unnecessary additives and preservatives that are typically found in fast food,” according to the official release. They don’t explain, nor give examples of what constitutes unnecessary, but it’s definitely an unnecessary addition to the promotion.

So here’s the deal:

Who: Chipotle Mexican Grill

What: $3 burritos, bowls, salads and tacos when you come in dressed up and add something unnecessary to your costume.

Why: To raise money for the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation.

When: Halloween, October, 31 from 5 p.m. to close.

Sweet costume: check. Candy for the kiddies: check. Real food so you don’t starve to death: say what now? As much as we’d love to believe otherwise, you can’t make it through Halloween night on candy alone. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants out there just itching to throw free (or at least discounted) food at you. And I don’t know about you, but after everything I spent this Halloween, the extra moolah is very much appreciated.

Chipotle’s Boorito Promo Gets $1 Price Hike

Everybody! Quick! Spread the news! Scream it from the rooftops! Scream it from the streets! Thats right, Boorito, Chipotle’s tradition of rewarding costume-clad customers with frightening deals, has returned once more for this upcoming Halloween. For three dollars you can get yourself a burrito, burrito Bowl, salad, or tacos.

This is a one dollar increase from last year’s price of two dollars (ah, remember the days when it was free?), but try not to be too upset — all proceeds up to one million dollars are going to the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation.

Chipotle’s “Boorito” Deal — $2 Burritos On Halloween

Chipotle has always been known for their killer Halloween discounts. For several years, the chain even offered up free burritos if you came in dressed like a burrito (any semblance of foil on your person usually did the trick). While times have definitely changed, their latest Boorito special isn’t too shabby — $2 burritos for anyone dressed in a costume inspired by family farms.

The deal is live on Halloween night, October 31st, from 6PM to closing. For help with a costume, just think: crops, farm tools, tractors, silos or farm animals. If you come dressed to impress, Chipotle will hook you up with a burrito, bowl, salad, or an order of tacos.

The farm initiative is one being pushed forward to simultaneously raise awareness of the hardships being faced by American Family Farmers and remind the fast food community and customers that Chipotle is indeed using responsibly raised ingredients.
