Bruschetta is such a refreshing summer flavor, the perfect matching of tomato and basil. Mix that with some baked eggplant and you have one out of this world combo. Instead of stacking it up on bread, sweetbeetandgreenbean decided to cut up the bread and toss it together as a salad.

I love mexican food more than anything and could literally probably eat only mexican food for the rest of my life. But at the same time I love seafood, especially crab and shrimp. Now I’ve had mexican dishes with shrimp in it, but never crab and man this seriously looks so good. I think I’m going to have to go buy some crab just to make these, you aren’t invited.

So, I have been doing 7am workouts, and trust me it’s hard. I usually go to sleep at 4-5am. and get up around 1-2pm. Flipping my sleepy habits definitely made me hungry, and after reading as many food blogs as I do on the daily, making a breakfast scramble was a must.
