Japan’s Adorable Mock Pizza Hut Run By Cats Reopens For Business

A few years ago, Pizza Hut created an adorable mock-up restaurant that was run entirely by cats. While it wasn’t real, the concept called “Pizza Cat!” caught the attention of many cat and pizza lovers across the Internet wanting to see what kind of shenanigans these “employees” would get themselves into.

Now, in a time of great distress, Pizza Hut Japan has brought back the feline-run eatery to bring a little lightheartedness to patrons. The relaunch of “Pizza Cat!” coincides with a 22 percent coupon offered to customers through Pizza Hut Japan’s mobile app.

In the new spot, viewers meet new hire Shinjin, who in the video, is confronted by a mountain of customer coupons. Hopefully his four-legged coworkers are able to lend him a hand with all those incoming orders.

This Hilarious Coca-Cola Mascot Makes Us Believe In Walking Polar Bears [WATCH]

We’ve seen tons of mascots in our line of work. Some are more into their jobs than others. However, this Coca-Cola polar bear is probably one of the few mascots that takes his or her job to a whole new level.

A hilarous and adorable video surfaced featuring a Coca-Cola employee inside the polar bear costume interacting with fans while they have their photos taken. Part of us wonders if it’s just an anthropomorphic polar bear collecting checks from the beverage company.

From his or her movements, mannerism and comedic timing, it becomes quite clear that this person really enjoys making others smile. Or it could just be that they get paid the major dollars to mess with people in a bear costume. Either way, sounds like a sweet gig.

Footage of the polar bear mascot can be seen below.

Man Swarmed by Herd of Bunnies as he Feeds Them, Horrifically Adorable [VIDEO]

In what’s half the internet’s biggest dream and the other half’s worst nightmare, a Japanese man was smothered by rabbits in an attempt to feed the fluffy woodland critters. While one or two might be the norm for most folks, it should be noted that the man did set foot on Japan’s infamous island of rabbits, a place notoriously populated by scores of long-eared fur balls.

YouTube channel My BB Bunny specializes in anything and everything bunny related. The channel showcases the most adorable baby rabbits on the internet. Recently, they began to produce a series on Okunoshima Isaland, which is also goes by the nom de plume “Rabbit Island.” Perhaps they bit off more than they could chew.

Watch as a man, presumably part of the crew, attempts to feed the rabbits. He is immediately engulfed in furry cuteness.

Nut-Hugging Bear Cookies Are Nothing Less Than Perfect

French-trained Japanese cook, Maa Tamagosan, graced the internet with her latest recipe for petite teddy bears hugging an assortment of nuts.

Clutching almonds, walnuts and cashews, the sweet treats resemble Teddy Graham Crackers with a clever twist. Maa rolled out dough sweetened with beet sugar syrup and honey, cut out shapes with a small bear cookie cutter, drew on a face and manipulated their arms around the nut, then baked them for 20 minutes at 300 °F. (Recipe translation via Hey! It’s Mosogourmet)

You can peek the entire recipe on Maa’s blog and if you have a nut allergy, sub in a hard candy that doesn’t melt or fruit instead. If your especially morbid, you can dunk each one in chocolate “tar pits.” Heh.

ADORBS: Watch this Tiny Crab Carbo-Load on Noodles

Tiny animals eating people food. Does it get any cuter than that? I mean, we can sit all day behind a computer screen reading up on current events, but at the end of the day all we really want is to spend hours watching things like a tiny hamster eating a tiny burrito. Perhaps even this adorable crab slurp a plate of noodles.

Like with feeding any other animal in the wild, sometimes you just have to let them test the waters for a bit first before they’ll get comfortable around anything. This pet crustacean is just chilling on a strainer like it’s no big deal. Once a plate of chilk guksu noodles is placed above him, he begins to see if he can get away with eating a bit.

Naturally, as he gets more comfortable … well, you can guess what happens.

Bunny Eats Raspberries, Unintentionally Puts on Lipstick [WATCH]

The internet seems intent on reminding us that furry animals eating food is the  ideal way to procrastinate from doing anything. Joining the ranks of tiny hamsters eating burritos and pizzas, yet on scale that’s not so miniature, this bloodthirsty bunny chomping on helpless raspberries will eat your heart out.

Watch as the long-eared fiend ruthlessly hunts their, er, prey, and unintentionally stains its lips a deep red. Edward whathisname, you’ve officially been replaced.

Hello Kitty Gets Turned Into Fried Tofu Stuffed with Rice

We can always count on Hello Kitty to be an adorable culinary inspiration, from pancake makers to pumpkin donuts. The Sanrio character turns the big 4-0 next year; so in premature celebration, HK has been turned into a favorite Japanese snack — inarizushi.

Inarizushi is typically a thin outer layer of fried tofu with peaked corners and stuffed with rice. The dish naturally resembles Hello Kitty’s face shape, so the Tokyo-based company Sazae Shokuhin is adding Hello Kitty-esque features (bow included) to their inarizushi.

Unfortunately, it’s only available at Sazae Shops in northern Japan. If you’re lucky enough to be in the area, we highly suggest getting your hands on these adorable treats.
