Learn How To Make Sushi Out Of Your Favorite Donuts [WATCH]

For those ready to say it isn’t really sushi, this Master Sushi Chef says it is, so get over it. Hiroyuki Terada is on a quest to find out how many ridiculous foods he can successfully turn into a sushi roll, and his latest conquest involved Dunkin Donuts.

In the latest video for his “Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef,” Terada found a way to mash a bunch of donuts together and it actually worked:

At about 4:40, he starts cutting open some jelly-filled donuts to use as the outer layer of the sushi.

At 7:25, he starts splitting the spiral-shaped crullers and chocolate donuts to use as a filling for the sushi.

He then carefully rolls up the the donuts with a sushi mat. At 9:15 you see Hiro skillfully cut them into the rolls we all know and love.

After applying some jelly and creme over the top, it becomes evident that this dude can sushify anything he wants.

The journey below is about 15 minutes long, but it’s pretty awesome. Use the time stamps above to sort of navigate through the vid, if you don’t have patience to sit through it. It’s a good watch, though:
