Craving: Roasted Lamb

Here we have a roasted rack of lamb on a bed of braised leeks, a carrot and panchetta tapenade, all covered in a rosemary balsamic vinaigrette. The outlandish sounds to some of the ingredients’ names just make this entire meal make my mouth water. (Thx Jay Brundege)
