Becky, oh-no-you-DIDN’T. Per usual, yes, she did. The same insane mind behind Chocolate Covered Cheetos and Chocolate Covered Pepperoni comes…Chocolate Covered Pork Rinds.

Deep-fried pig skins, covered in chocolate bark…who would have thought? Sweet, savory, crunchy, airy, all-in-one? To tell you the truth, I’m not too mad at the concept. You go Becky. True FOODBEAST.

Crispy pork rinds freshly dipped in chocolate and served with the chocolate warm were offered at Cochon 555. They were strange to say the least. Now, a hard chocolate coating on almost anything is killer.
