Bacon Bandages

After seeing this, I’m fully convinced that there’s nothing bacon can’t do. I mean it’s literally healing our wounds now! Okay, I know these bandages aren’t actually bacon, and I’m fully aware that actually placing raw meat on any open wound is opening the door for a myriad of bacterial infections. I suppose the hard truth is that bacon doesn’t shine so well when mending a small wound. At least with these bandages I can always pretend that it’s the bacon working it’s magic to heal me right up! ($6.50 @ Amazon)

Actually I’ve heard (and tried with success) that placing raw bacon on an infected wound (a minor one) will draw the infection out. I’ve done this numerous times for minor wounds and each time the area was less sore and less infected, never has a wound become more infected. Google it.
